Village Apartments

The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development has awarded HMHA, Project Based Vouchers to help assist families with their rents within LVLP. Project Based Vouchers remain at LVLP meaning as long as the families continue to be income-eligible and continue to live in LVLP they will continue to receive assistance with their rents.

Logan Village Apartments will be remodeled by the end of 2023. The remodel includes new appliances, flooring, and walls.

To be considered eligible for a Logan Village unit, applicants must;

  • Meet income guidelines.

  • Pass a criminal background check going back seven (7) years.

  • Having less than five (5) utility collections on credit background, medical, and student loans are not counted.

  • Pass a reference check done by an HMHA property manager.

  • Household members must be a citizen or legal residents of the U.S.
