The Project-Based Voucher Program is a program that assists low-income individuals by paying a portion of rent at a certain location. Participants that are eligible for assistance will be issued a voucher to utilize at Logan Village Apartments. Applicants will apply to the waiting list that best fits their housing needs. HMHA has a PBV 2 and PBV 3  waiting lists.

To be considered eligible for the Project-Based Voucher Program, applicants must;

  • Meet income guidelines

  • Pass a criminal background check going back seven (7) years

  • Household members must be a citizen or legal resident of the U.S.
