Hocking Metropolitan Housing Authority consist of multiple programs and properties that help with an array of clients. Currently, the agency has owns and manages 191 properties across Hocking County. 27 of those properties are HMHA Rentals. HMHA Rentals are units that are rented based on full market rent. The 164 units that are left are public housing units, 71 units at the High Rise and 93 units throughout different areas in Logan, Ohio. All of the units at the High Rise are one (1) bedroom units. The remainder of units are 2 and 3 bedroom units. All of the different program types have different waiting lists but use the same application.
